Eligibility -  Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. They should also be free of any signs of wear, including odors such as smoke or perfume.
 
Exchange Process -  Once you’ve contacted us and provided the necessary details, we will guide you through the exchange process. We will issue you an exchange authorization and instructions for returning the item.
